Our Team

Mario Kasih

Co-Founder · Director of Disciple-Making Community

Everyone who knows Mario knows his joy. His warmth spreads everywhere he goes, fitting, since "Kasih" is the Indonesian word for love: the compassionate, long-suffering kind. Mario holds a Master of Divinity from Presbyterian Theological College, Australia, alongside an Economics and Commerce degree from Monash University, and serves in a disciple-making and church-planting network supporting ministry leaders across Southeast Asia. He has trained church planters, community starters, pastors, and missionaries in many countries for many years. Yet his most treasured post is as a social worker in one of Jakarta's slums. His delight is with the broken and contrite in spirit, for he, too, knows how that feels.

Danny Gamadhi

Co-Founder · Director of Strategic Operation and Resource Management

Danny loves crowds, busy cities, and hip-hop. He loves meeting new people and talking about the future, because he believes every person holds potential that God will weave into the growth of the gospel. Preaching is his favourite tool for that calling: bringing God's hope to the hopeless and joy to the tearful, and summoning this generation to be God's voice and hands. He completed his doctorate at Knox Theological Seminary, Florida, while serving a decade in the local church, and now gives himself to preaching, equipping, and building networks with fellow revivalists. He has published Preaching the Psalms of Lament: From Pain to Faith Transformation (2011) and Hotter Than Gossip: Sharing God's Word that Ignites "Aha" Moments (2017), and yes, he writes rap songs. Meet a prince and you'll feel he is the smartest person in the room; meet Danny and you'll feel you are.

Johan Liem

Co-Founder · Director of ASEAN Network

Is there a single word for bold, detailed, mission-focused, and highly artistic? If you find one, we'll start calling Johan by it. He carries all of those qualities wrapped in genuine humility, even his wife applauds him as someone who always strives to give people his best. Johan's gift for connecting people began in campus ministry, building networks across universities. After completing his master's in Strategic Planning and Investment at Newcastle University, UK, he founded ventures in technology, food and beverage, and trading, a spectrum as wide as his friendships. He swims, reads, hunts down good food, and is learning bass guitar and saxophone. A good listener with a thirst for growth, Johan is the reason lonely revivalists across the region discover they are not alone.

Yanita Andriani

Leadership Team · Disciple-Making Community

Yanita is a biotech graduate growing a food and beverage business with her family, where her role in bakery production is crucial. But in her vocation she doesn't only produce pastries, she produces disciples. Since her teenage years, Yanita has invested her life in younger women through discipleship and small groups, rooted in the joy of knowing she has been deeply loved and redeemed by God. She loves digging into Scripture with younger sisters in Christ and spurring one another on to obey and share God's truth lovingly. Off duty, she enjoys reading, watching Superbook and The Chosen with family, listening to good stories and, of course, taste-testing pastries. Want some?

Anggraini "Viana" Okctaviana

Director of Worship and Events

Viana loves to laugh. Every five seconds, sometimes less. Not sarcastically, but as a celebration of life and relationship; her heart catches the silver lining before anyone else does. Don't let the laid-back joy fool you: after five years of theological study at South East Asia Bible Seminary specialising in worship, Viana is a sought-after worship leader, songwriter, singer, and mentor to worship directors and leaders nationwide. Before joining ASEAN+ UNITE, she served more than twelve years as a full-time worship pastor in her local church and continues as a teaching associate in worship mentoring classes. Revival is sustained by hearts that sing and Viana helps a whole region find its voice.

Agustinus "Duckochan" Candra

Co-Founder · Director of Digital Media and Filmmaking

Candra makes movies. Through his indie production house, DBI Films, he directs everything from cinematic features and web series to commercials, all built on visual storytelling. He is a national ambassador for Blackmagic Design and co-founder of Holy World Film, yet none of it has dulled his fun, slightly crazy artist's soul. His works include Silent Heroes (Best Supporting Actress nominee, 2015), Better Me Up! and Imaginary Girlfriend (web series, Singapore), Is Different Crazy (SIMA Awards Los Angeles nominee, Impact Videos, 2019), and the annual national Christmas films 5Chords: Christmas in Bali (2019) and Fall 7 Times (2020). Funny, witty, extremely humble, and ready to help produce gospel films in your country. Camera... rolling... action!

Krisnanta "Kris" Rahaditya

Leadership Team · Worship and Events

Kris is a national TV host who began his career as a floor director across various television programs. Far from proud, he is warm-hearted and endlessly humorous; for Kris, bringing joy isn't a job in front of the cameras; it's his whole life. He believes comforting people is his role in God's kingdom, and he does it with laughter, crunchy jokes, and the occasional silly stunt. He is also a worship leader, drummer, master of ceremonies, and an indie singer releasing his own singles under a national label. As a boy, Kris dreamed of being a flight attendant. Now he welcomes people aboard a far higher voyage: the journey of revival for Southeast Asia and beyond. Fasten your seatbelt. Bon voyage!

Wenny Ho

Supporting Team Member

Wenny cares deeply about self-esteem among young girls, knowing how identity struggles in the teenage years can lead to lasting damage. She trains and mentors young women to see the beauty God has placed within them, beauty that reflects His own. With a degree in Fashion Design from KvB Institute of Technology, Sydney, and hairdressing certification from LKJ College, Sydney, she founded her own studio and training centre, Wenny Hair Academy, where she equips less-fortunate girls with skills that open the door to financial stability, new confidence, and a new path of life. She later earned a Bachelor of Divinity from South East Asia Bible Seminary and served for several years as a youth pastor. Through ASEAN+ UNITE, her reach now extends to young women across Southeast Asia and beyond, teaching beauty from the inside out, from the cross to the crown.
